About Vocal Meditation
The more that our voice is free to express the power, beauty, peace, love and freedom of within, the more that we are able to harness these qualities and express them in our lives. Vocal Meditation classes incorporate a number of different elements including mantras, sacred seen syllables, toning, humming, chants, sound baths, deep listening and vocal play.
There is no meditation or singing experience required.
